Twenty Four Services, One Contractor
CSW Building and Joinery Ltd works across Belfast and the surrounding areas of Northern Ireland. Most of our work arrives as a single job, a garage, a fence, a kitchen, and then grows, because the same team can take the groundwork, the joinery and the landscaping without you having to line up three separate trades and three separate start dates.
Each page below sets out what the work involves, what it costs you in disruption, and the part homeowners are usually least sure about: whether your district council needs to see it. Northern Ireland runs its own building control and planning system, and a great deal of the guidance you will find online is written for England and Wales and does not apply here.
